Position Summary

The Instructional Designer will develop and manage training initiatives and project plans from inception to results. This remote role reports to the Director of Learning & Development and is ideal for a motivated self-starter who works well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.

What You Will Do

• Plan, design, and develop effective training programs
• Create technical and procedural eLearning courses
• Develop training products including guides, handouts, and animations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for instructor-led sessions
• Regularly update content based on reviews and feedback
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot training courses
• Assist in managing the Learning Management System
• Support training coordination and reporting tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Proven experience with Articulate and technical training programs
• Familiarity with Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Experience facilitating live, remote training sessions preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern virtual team tools

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is a 100% remote role. Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding, and extended computer use.

Compensation
