About The Role
We're looking for an Implementation and Training Assistant to join our Onyx team at Activate Group. This pivotal role involves supporting the successful implementation of our software solutions and ensuring clients effectively leverage the platform. You will be instrumental in the onboarding process, delivering comprehensive training, and providing continuous assistance to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the comprehensive, end-to-end implementation of software solutions, spanning from initial setup through to go-live.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including IT, Product, and Development, to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
- Contribute to tailoring the platform to precisely meet client needs by thoroughly understanding their unique business requirements.
- Execute system testing and proactively identify potential issues throughout the implementation process.
- Support the design and delivery of engaging training sessions for clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Aid in the creation and ongoing maintenance of essential training materials, such as user guides and tutorials.
- Provide crucial post-training support and actively collect feedback to continuously refine future training initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and efficiently escalate more complex problems when necessary.
- Ensure clients achieve full confidence in using the system and can maximize all its available features.
- Document precise client requirements, system configurations, and any unique setups.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and implementation outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- A strong interest in technology and a proactive willingness to learn about software implementation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical information.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude, demonstrating the ability to work harmoniously with both clients and various internal teams.
- Prior experience in customer service, software support, or project coordination is highly valued.
