About the Role: Implementation & Training Assistant
We're looking for an Implementation & Training Assistant to join our Onyx team at Activate Group Inc. This role is crucial for supporting the implementation of our software solutions and ensuring clients effectively use our platform. You will be a key player in the client onboarding process, providing comprehensive training, and offering ongoing assistance to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of software solutions, from initial setup to go-live.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including IT, Product, and Development, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Help tailor the platform to meet specific client needs by thoroughly understanding their business requirements.
- Perform system testing and identify any potential issues during the implementation process.
- Support the development and delivery of engaging training sessions for clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Assist in creating and maintaining essential training materials, such as user guides and tutorials.
- Provide comprehensive post-training support and gather valuable feedback to continuously improve future training sessions.
- Act as a primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, readily answering client questions.
- Help troubleshoot basic issues and efficiently escalate more complex problems when necessary.
- Ensure clients are confident in using the system and can maximize all its features.
- Accurately document client requirements, configurations, and any unique setups.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all client interactions and implementation outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- A keen interest in technology and a strong willingness to learn about software implementation processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude, demonstrating the ability to work well with both clients and various internal teams.
- Previous experience in customer service, software support, or project coordination roles.
