This opportunity within the TGS Talent Acquisition Team is for a Global Delivery Executive, a pivotal role focused on driving vertical and horizontal customer success across TGS's Full Stack portfolio and various industry verticals.
General Description
The Global Delivery Executive (GDE) drives vertical and horizontal customer success for the TGS Full Stack portfolio across various industry verticals. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery performance across TGS portfolios, in collaboration with presales/sales, delivery, and practice partners. The GDE leads a team of Global Delivery Directors (GDDs) and ensures transformational delivery leadership across a portfolio of customers. Performance is measured by customer satisfaction, customer retention/expansion, financial attainment, and billable utilization for all engagements in their portfolio. This role may require travel several times per year.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develops and implements plans aligned with global objectives, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and promoting innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drives Vision and Purpose: Drives the most impactful customer experiences by providing transformational delivery leadership across a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful outcomes and value realization.
- Team Leadership and Development: Leads and inspires a global team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing training and development opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth, and setting clear performance goals with regular evaluations.
- Organizational Savvy: Navigates complex policy, process, and organizational dynamics with ease. Collaborates with internal teams like Sales, Solutions, Pillars, Partner Alliance, and Front-Office to align and drive priorities in a matrixed environment. Understands organizational roles and guides the team on leveraging the right people at the right time.
- Business Insights: Maintains industry/functional expertise and knowledge of key industry issues and trends impacting the TGS marketplace (e.g., Cloud migration, Cloud modernization, Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, Enterprise Operations, and Risk and Security).
- Builds Effective Teams: Builds strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals, fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensures customer satisfaction, revenue, and GP goal attainment for all engagements in the portfolio.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Data Center Specific Experience
This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of data center build, operate, and modernization services. The individual provides strategic oversight, operational governance, and leadership of data center managers, operations managers, and engineering teams. A strong understanding of all functional areas is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership overseeing end-to-end data center delivery, including build, operations, commissioning, modernization, and decommissioning.
- Strong working knowledge of data center infrastructure, GPU/AI environments, networking, power, asset management, safety, and governance.
- Proven ability to lead managers and engineering teams, ensure SLA performance, drive operational excellence, and maintain compliance and safety standards without requiring hands-on execution.
- Demonstrates the ability to build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive-level clients, driving strategic alignment and long-term partnership value.
- EHS Safety as THE Priority – Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities within the data center strictly adhere to EHS protocols and OSHA regulatory requirements. Lead regular safety strategy meetings - enforce PPE usage, standards, and risk assessments. Oversee compliance with environmental standards, emergency procedures, and incident reporting, fostering a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation.
