Overview

Lensa, in partnership with Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), is seeking a FRCS/OT Cyber Assessment Analyst to join the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability Division. This role involves providing cyber security assessments and solutions for Marine Corps clients, ensuring compliance with NIST, DoD, USMC and other security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments of Industrial Control System environments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Assess compliance with CNSSI-1253, DISA STIGs/SRGs, NIST, DoD, and USMC requirements.
  • Evaluate the maturity of ICS cybersecurity programs using the C2M2 model.
  • Utilize tools such as ACAS, Tanium, Forescout, and Lansweeper for assessments.
  • Generate reports with findings and recommendations and provide training.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related IT field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity assessments with at least 5 years in similar roles.
  • Experience in defensive cybersecurity operations and performing risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with DoD security controls including DISA STIGs and RMF.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with USMC IT and OT/FRCS Systems.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or GICSP.
  • Prior experience supporting mission critical ICS/SCADA environments.
