About the Role

As a standing Forklift Operator at Nature's Bakery, you will be an essential team member responsible for safely and efficiently operating power equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, load, unload, pick, and count merchandise. This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of our operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods within our facility.

What You'll Get to Do

• Operate power equipment such as standing forklifts, dock stockers, and reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, load, unload, pick, and count merchandise.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles and equipment.
• Perform unloading and loading of trucks using dock stockers and pallet jacks.
• Handle shipping and receiving of ingredients and finished goods.
• Stock racks, push back racks, and shuttle racks up to 25 feet high.
• Stock and clear production lines.
• Utilize RF guns to accurately complete inventory moves.

Experience That Will Help You Succeed

• Proven experience operating standing forklifts.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is highly valued.
• Experience in the food or beverage industry is a bonus.
