Role Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant supports the Vice President of Marketing in a global organization. This role requires independent judgment, initiative, and executive intuition while managing multiple tasks and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage executive schedule and calendar.
  • Coordinate business meetings, travel logistics, and global calls.
  • Gather, verify, and analyze information for documents and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing on leadership presentations, videos, and newsletters.
  • Manage events including production materials, catering, and scheduling.
  • Ensure communications align with company mission, values, and brand.
  • Maintain detailed records and exercise discretion in communications.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive support or office administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur or BCD Travel.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in multiple time zones.
  • Experience in calendar management and document preparation.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate ranges from $31.92 to $58.35 per hour plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and various financial plans.
