About the Role
The Ethics & Compliance Manager role at Fluke, part of Fortive Corporation, is pivotal in upholding a culture of ethics and integrity. You will lead investigations into misconduct and financial concerns, while also boosting employee engagement through innovative compliance training and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage investigation caseload for people and financial misconduct
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with key stakeholders
- Draft clear investigation reports with actionable recommendations
- Design creative campaigns to drive training completion
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Information Security, Finance and more
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years in compliance, investigations or related roles, with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with LMS platforms and data reporting tools is a plus.
