Position Overview
This is a Full-Time/Permanent position with our client, TWO95 International, for an Email Marketing / Campaign Specialist. The role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to the San Mateo, CA office.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Drive successful email marketing programs for brands with a broad online presence.
- Utilize Salesforce Exact Target (SFMC) digital marketing platform.
- Apply a thorough understanding of email best practices including targeting, segmentation, personalization, triggered automation, orchestrated journeys, multivariate testing, and optimization.
- Analyze email marketing metrics and KPIs to make data-driven recommendations and adjustments to campaigns and journeys.
- Exhibit polished verbal, written communication, and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be proactive, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, paying strict attention to detail.
- Demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and a passion for creativity.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team player.
Required Experience
- At least 3-5 years of applicable work experience in driving successful email marketing programs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Exact Target (SFMC).
- BA/BS degree required.
