Overview

Lensa is a career site that promotes job opportunities in the US. CTG, Inc., a Cegeka company, is seeking a Directory Services Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert in Domain Services infrastructure for our client.

Duties

• Manage and maintain directory services including LDAP, WINS, FSMO roles, and GPO management.
• Audit and manage user privileges and access permissions across the enterprise.
• Develop and execute Disaster Recovery strategies for directory services.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate directory services with other systems.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades, patches, and hardening measures.
• Work with the SOC team to remediate vulnerabilities and threat vectors.
• Support hybrid environments with on-premises and cloud-based directory services.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience

Required expertise in Entra Hardening, Conditional Access Policies, Orphan Account Cleanup, and Privileged Identity Management. In-depth knowledge of LDAP, WINS, FSMO Roles, Group Policy Objects and hybrid identity synchronization is essential. Proven experience in managing on-premises and cloud directory environments along with strong PowerShell scripting skills is expected.

Education & Communication

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.

Contract Details

This is a remote, 2-month contract position. Competitive hourly salary and benefits offered.
