About the Role
Lensa is a career site connecting candidates with opportunities. BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a driven, forward-thinking, and strategic operation leader to oversee its Texas hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the BluePearl mission and translate objectives into action plans.
- Monitor hospital KPIs in partnership with regional RVPs.
- Manage revenues exceeding $100 million and oversee staffing and development.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to both direct and indirect reports.
- Collaborate with support teams and Vet Relations Managers to resolve escalated matters.
Competencies
Focus on developing direct reports, managing vision, business acumen, hiring and staffing, and directing teams.
Working Conditions
Extensive travel (50-75%), flexible hours beyond 40 weekly, and must reside in Texas. Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license required.
