About Digital COE Intern Role

Lensa is a career site that promotes jobs on behalf of its direct clients. This role is for a Digital COE Intern position with GE Vernova, focused on developing digital solutions for monitoring high-voltage electrical equipment at GE's Digital Centre of Excellence in Casablanca.

Job Responsibilities

The intern will work on projects including:

  • Developing a simulator for monitoring insulating gas in high-voltage circuit breakers and disconnectors.
  • Creating an application for analysis and filtering of transient current/voltage regimes during high-voltage breaker maneuvers.
  • Elaborating a simulator for measuring gas concentrations in transformer insulating oil.

Training and Exposure

The intern will receive training on high voltage equipment, HMI/IED environments and may also contribute to additional related projects including programming for IEDs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in Electronics, Industrial IT or Automation Programming (C#, Python).
  • Knowledge in signal processing, electrotechnics and C# .NET (WPF) is appreciated.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school (EMI, ENSEM, etc.).

Internship Details

Start Date: February 2025 | Duration: 6 months | Convention de stage / Assurance obligatoire.
