  • Oversee end-to-end delivery for Onyx BMS development initiatives
  • Manage development teams of 8-12 across multiple disciplines including frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps
  • Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum) for sprint planning and backlog management
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management for translating business requirements
  • Mentor developers and enforce best practices on code quality and secure development

Skills And Experience

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in development management, predominantly within a SaaS environment, and at least 3 years managing remote teams. Proven experience with technical leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile methods is essential.
