Job Summary: Creative Technologist

As a Creative Technologist, you will be responsible for owning discrete pieces of client work, translating innovative ideas into functional, working systems. This role involves close collaboration with design, strategy, and engineering teams to deliver sophisticated digital solutions using modern tools and workflows. Creative Technologists are expected to formulate informed opinions, make crucial tradeoffs, and validate their thinking through practical delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Own features or workstreams from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Select appropriate tools and platforms to align with and support specific project goals.
• Strategically utilize generative AI across the entire delivery lifecycle, including research, architecture, prototyping, implementation, and documentation.
• Formulate clear opinions on when AI assistance enhances outcomes versus when traditional manual approaches are more suitable.
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI tool capabilities and limitations to make informed technical tradeoffs.
• Develop efficient workflows that integrate AI tools with human judgment to consistently produce high-quality work.
• Translate complex business and user experience goals into practical, viable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with design, product, and strategy partners.
• Present work and articulate technical reasoning clearly to both teammates and clients.
• Contribute to the development of reusable patterns, templates, or internal tools.

Education and Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of progressive experience in technology or digital development roles.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing modern development workflows, including the strategic application of generative AI tools, to successfully ship digital products.
• Evidence of forming well-reasoned opinions about when and how AI can effectively accelerate delivery processes.

• Ability to make sound technical decisions and clearly explain the associated tradeoffs.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across various disciplines and adapting quickly to evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and clarity in project execution.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Travel and Work Arrangement

This role is an individual contributor position and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
