  • Support execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS.
  • Maintain existing Lifecycles and create new ones.
  • Manage campaign QA and scheduling processes.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
