About the Role

Responsibilities
As a Consultant-Strategy, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic analyses related to ministry market positioning, market conditions, service lines, and competitor actions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing analyses on ministry market strategic positioning, market conditions, service lines, competitor actions, and volume/market share trends.
- Serving as a general analytics and strategic intelligence resource for the ministry market.
- Conducting periodic market-level scans, market assessments, and analyses for the Integrated Strategic, Operational and Financial Plan.
- Developing key analytic inputs for the ministry market's long-term strategic plan, ambulatory strategies, service line plans, and capital project business plans.
- Conducting analysis to support the identification of gaps, variation, and duplication of services within the clinically integrated system of care.
- Performing research and analyses for the master facility planning process, including utilization forecasts, capacity analyses, and in-migration/out-migration studies.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
