About the Compliance Analyst Role
Lensa is promoting a Compliance Analyst position for RTX. This remote role based in the UK is part of the Global GRC organization and reports to a Compliance Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate internal and external audits
- Manage small projects and compliance processes
- Identify non-compliance issues and coordinate remediation
- Conduct compliance, risk, and controls assessments
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with control owners, business partners, and Enterprise Cyber teams
- Monitor remediation activities and publish compliance metrics
- Educate and train team members on compliance concepts
- Provide certifications to commercial customers
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, familiarity with IT controls frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with cybersecurity risk and compliance assessments is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience with GDPR, EASA Part-IS, NIS2 Directive, Cyber Essentials Plus, and certifications like Security+, CISA, or CRISC is valued. Industry experience in aerospace or automotive, working with entities such as EASA or US DOD, is a plus.
