What You’ll Do
You will serve as a trusted advisor by reviewing and approving a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, websites, social media content, and reports. You will provide expert consultation on new products and campaigns, conduct deep research on regulatory issues, and generate data-driven insights to inform compliance strategies. You will also support regulatory exams and internal audits while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (JD or MBA preferred) with 6+ years of compliance experience. You possess expert knowledge of FINRA advertising standards and SEC Marketing Rules, hold FINRA Series 7 and 24, and excel in communication, analysis, and risk management.
