About the Position
The Client Trainer role at Client Trainer is responsible for educating customers on the effective use of the ServiceChannel platform. The position requires confident public speaking, creation of engaging training sessions and materials, and a passion for teaching customers about facilities management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual training sessions using MS Teams, Zoom, Citrix, etc.
- Tailor training sessions to meet customer needs in real time.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Record and edit training videos with closed captioning.
- Maintain and update training timesheets, notes, and curricula.
- Collect analytical data to drive training improvements.
- Provide valuable product feedback based on training experiences.
- Attend in-person annual offsite and travel for customer training when required.
- Stay updated with modern educational techniques to enhance learning.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience), proven training or teaching experience in technology, mastery of remote training tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new features. Organizational skills and willingness to travel are required.
Preferred Skills
Experience with software applications training, relevant certifications, and familiarity with facilities management and software development lifecycle concepts.
