About The Role

The Client Support BPO Associate is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional client service through outsourced teams. Reporting directly to the Client Support BPO Manager, you will provide crucial administrative support, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Analyze trends and coach BPO agents.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Advocate for strong BPO relationships and communication.
  • Participate in vendor Weekly Business Reviews.
  • Consult on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
