What You'll Be Doing

You will audit and update claim response templates, communicate with clients for documentation, draft and submit responses to new claims, track claim outcomes, analyze claim success rates, report to leadership, and identify opportunities to improve claim handling processes.

Other responsibilities include advising clients on appeal options, filing appeals, confirming hearing schedules, analyzing appeal outcomes and recommending improvements, scheduling coaching sessions, sharing best practices, evaluating client satisfaction and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also identify opportunities to promote Experian's services and collaborate with marketing or product teams on outreach efforts.

It Would Be Great If You Also

You should have experience in the unemployment claims management industry, working directly with clients, assessing claim outcomes, and advising on appeal strategies. Familiarity with the Bullhorn platform and proficiency with Microsoft applications are required.
