Centralized Scheduling Coordinator

The role supports the Centralized/Integrated Scheduling department by coordinating surgeries, procedures, exams, therapies and evaluations across multiple hospital and outpatient departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate surgeries, procedures, and appointments across departments.
  • Serve as a central point of communication for referrers, patient services, and caregivers.
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Update scheduling guidelines and policies, and run performance reports.
  • Support data collection, evaluation, and administrative tasks.

What You Bring

An Associate Degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years experience in scheduling or health records in a hospital or healthcare setting. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, and medical terminology is preferred.

Working Conditions & Benefits

This position is predominantly office based with sedentary work and minimal lifting requirements.
