About the Role

The Capability Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, promoted by Lensa, plays a key role in the Platform Management Team. You will be responsible for spearheading enablement across technical and operational workstreams, managing the Approved Product List (APL) across retailers, and designing strategies to optimize the payment network platform.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own operations for the Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program.
  • Support and maintain the Approved Product List across retailers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Project, Analytics, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor, innovate and report platform metrics.
  • Prepare and present strategies and business reviews to leaders.
  • Remediate, administer, and report APL related issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in operations and system analysis.
  • 3+ years in consumer payments, healthcare, or related fields.
  • 3+ years working with large data sources focusing on data manipulation and governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JIRA and project management tools.
  • Proficiency with SQL, R/SAS, Python and data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of retail SKU/UPC data and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
