About the Role

The Business Operations Manager at Cisco, promoted through Lensa, plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within Cisco’s Infrastructure Engineering Organization. The role supports engineering leadership, manages projects, coordinates meetings, and provides data-driven insights across engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering leaders and manage engineering activities.
• Build partnerships with leadership teams, PMO, and finance leads.
• Lead special projects and drive quarterly and annual planning processes.
• Prepare and execute leadership meetings and manage action items.
• Provide comprehensive data analysis on budgets, headcount, and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in high-tech engineering operations or project management and a BA/BS in Business Management (or related field). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Preferred experience includes providing support to executive-level engineering teams, project management skills, and use of AI tools for operational data analysis.
