About The Role of a Business Development Analyst at CBRE
As a CBRE Business Development Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the Business Development Management (BDM) team. This includes providing research, client reports, and data entry to help support strategic business initiatives. This role is part of the Sales function, responsible for designing sales solutions presented to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain the market database, tracking progress and issuing periodic updates to leadership.
- Input leads into the tracking system, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate and completed on time.
- Prepare materials for proposal execution, collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Demonstrate high-level communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Act as the local software expert, assisting BDMs, support staff, and management with tool usage.
- Apply standard principles with limited practical experience, impacting the quality of your own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding, embodying CBRE RISE values.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with an inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills, capable of calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures.
