About the Role

The Brand Specialist/Account Manager Spanish role is part of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) within Retail Business Services. This position is focused on managing and growing strategic vendor partnerships on Amazon, ensuring exceptional customer experience through detailed marketing, merchandising, and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to manage vendor relationships.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans with clear KPIs.
  • Drive marketing campaigns and site merchandising efforts.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Support new program launches and maintain regular business reviews.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include sales or account management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Spanish (B2) and English (B2). Exposure to retail buying, planning, product/project management, marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
