The Opportunity

As a Beverage Innovation Specialist, you will be the ambassador for beverage excellence at Nestlé Professional Solutions. In this remote role with 40–60% travel, you will partner with the sales organization across all US regions. You will lead tastings, demonstrations, specialty beverage development, and training sessions while providing expertise in beverage and flavor pairings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support national and regional account teams with customer engagements and demos.
• Create specialty beverages, seasonal rotations, and limited time offers.
• Deliver barista training and develop SOPs and e-learning content.
• Curate tastings and manage demo logistics at trade shows and customer events.
• Lead collaborative menu development and flavor pairing sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Commercial Development teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of beverage opportunities to drive sales conversion.

Required Qualifications

Extensive beverage expertise with deep coffee knowledge and proven barista skills. At least 5 years of multi‑unit, headquarters‑level experience with a national or multi‑market brand. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential to inspire diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

SCA certifications or equivalent barista trainer credentials and familiarity with beverage station design, equipment basics, and industry P&L levers.

Additional Information

This position is remote with 40-60% travel across the US; candidates in Washington, DC or Solon, Ohio are preferred. The approximate pay range is between $120,000 and $140,000, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
