Responsibilities of an Associate Consultant
- Strategic Analysis & Implementation: Support the implementation of national healthcare initiatives and operational processes by providing project management support, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Executive Collaboration: Create and present high-level deliverables, including status reports and strategic presentations, to Ascension’s executive leadership.
- Project Management: Create and manage implementation plans, including workstream development, end-user training, and the facilitation of high-level meetings and follow-ups. As needed, aid in the stand up of the Ascension National Incident Command Center (ICC) in the event of extreme crisis by collaborating with national and local leaders and associates.
- Team Development: Contribute to the overall team's growth by participating in recruitment and acting as a peer mentor to onboard and integrate new associates.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships quickly by exhibiting executive presence among senior leaders, exceptional customer service, situational awareness, and proactive hospitality to all project stakeholders, including leaders, end-users, and external parties.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Experience: 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
