Introduction
The Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Intern Summer 2026 role is offered by CACI through Lensa's platform. The intern will join a team of Data Scientists and Researchers in an R&D lab in the Denver, CO area, working on innovative AI/ML projects.
Opportunity and Responsibilities
You will work within a cross-disciplinary team focused on research and development of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning analytics. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating on design analysis and problem solving.
- Implementing experiments using open source and custom tools.
- Analyzing data and supporting coding, testing, and debugging tasks.
- Participating in team meetings and sharing innovative ideas.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, with basic programming knowledge (Python preferred). An interest in AI and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Desired Skills
Experience with coding in Python and React, familiarity with AI concepts through academic projects or courses, and strong communication skills are desirable.
