About the ArcGIS Dashboard Designer

The ArcGIS Dashboard Designer role at Lensa, promoted on behalf of The Alakaina Foundation Family of Companies, is a part-time remote position supporting a government customer. The role involves content design and creation for interactive web applications using Esri App Builders COTS products. The designer will work on Hub sites, Story Maps, and Dashboards while ensuring accessibility compliance with Section 508.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain interactive web content including Story Maps, Dashboards, and Hub sites.
  • Design and build web apps by integrating tabular, spatial and trend data.
  • Incorporate various data sources, 2D and 3D maps, and ArcGIS applications into cohesive experiences.
  • Utilize widgets and custom themes to enhance functionality and branding.
  • Follow detailed documentation provided by the COR and Government PM and adhere to accessibility guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

A BS in GIS, information services/technology or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least four years of experience using Esri Builder Apps such as ArcGIS Story Maps, Dashboards, and Experience Builder. Federal or DoD experience is a plus. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to complete a background investigation for Public Trust Clearance are mandatory.
