Overview
The Applications Administrator at Sanford Health supports key enterprise applications remotely and ensures smooth operation across production, test, and development platforms. This role involves scripting, configuration, integrations, and administration while providing 24x7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support critical applications including scripting, integrations, and configuration.
- Collaborate with leadership, system administrators, and application analysts to deliver technical solutions.
- Monitor system health, compliance, and performance while documenting processes.
- Develop systems integrations, workflow automation, and internal training materials.
- Provide on call support and maintain communication with vendors for escalations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field required; three years in systems administration; hands-on experience with OnBase, RightFax, and cloud hosted applications; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; and ITIL certification preferred.
