Overview
The Application Support role at Application Support is with CAI, a global technology services firm generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. This full-time, remote position is part of the Philippines-based Application Support Center supporting the Oracle Hospitality Cruise (OHC) system.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for OHC and related applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using structured methodologies.
- Manage incidents and participate in major incident voice calls and chats.
- Communicate with shipboard IT teams and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to knowledge base articles.
What You’ll Need
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
