As an Administrative Assistant at MCI, you will be an integral part of a fast-growing, tech-enabled business services company. While prior administrative experience is recommended, it is not strictly required. This is a full-time, entry-level position located remotely in Florida, USA.
Position Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of administrative duties.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Providing real-time scheduling support, including booking appointments and resolving conflicts.
- Creating engaging content for the company's Social Media Channels.
- Preparing presentations based on given instructions.
- Making comprehensive travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, restaurants).
- Maintaining polite and professional communication across all channels (phone, email, mail).
- Anticipating the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not strictly required.
