About the Role & Program

Lensa is a career site that promotes jobs on behalf of its direct clients, including Disney Entertainment Television. At 20th Television Casting, you will support casting for pilots and ongoing series on networks such as ABC, Hulu, FX, Disney+, Freeform, & Onyx Collective. Reporting to the Manager of Casting, you will work alongside the Walt Disney Television Studios (WDTV) Casting team.

What You Will Do

As an intern, you will support daily operations in a busy casting department, assist with maintaining show contact sheets, cast picture lists, updating cast lists and organizing show binders, and provide light desk and phone coverage when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with both Mac and PC operating systems
  • Strong interest in Television and the Entertainment Industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous casting experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with IMDB, Cast It, Teams
  • Experience with Airtable is beneficial

Eligibility & Program Information

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university or participating in a Disney program, be at least 18 years of age, and possess unrestricted work authorization. Interns must have a consistent work schedule, be available full-time from January 2026 through June 2026, and provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship in Burbank, California.

Compensation & Additional Information
