Role Summary

As a Product Manager - User Insights, you will define and drive the product strategy powering how Lenovo understands and engages its users across PCs, tablets, and web platforms. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to transform business needs into actionable product initiatives using agile practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for user insights capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Manage the product backlog using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure scalable and accurate insights.
  • Establish KPIs to track product success and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and communicate product vision clearly.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of product management or related experience.
  • Proficiency with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience delivering software or data-driven products with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cross-device software ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication; fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Experience with data and insights products in consumer technology.
  • Background in SQL, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Proven ability in customer-centric product development.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based at Lenovo's North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Local candidates are preferred.
