The Role: Pre-Sales AI Solutions and Services Architect

As a Manager and Architect specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG), you will be a pivotal force in guiding the strategic direction and implementation of AI solutions for our diverse clientele. Your profound expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of AI adoption and utilization across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in AI strategy and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into innovative AI strategies and solutions, directly contributing to revenue growth and significant business impact.
• Architect and implement advanced AI solutions customized to each client's specific requirements, showcasing your proficiency in complex AI projects and significant deals.
• Design and optimize AI deployment strategies across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless operation, maximum efficiency, and driving revenue through innovative solution offerings.
• Partner with internal development teams and external partners to manage the full lifecycle of AI engagements, ensuring tangible value realization for clients.
• Develop robust frameworks, governance models, and best practices to accelerate AI solution development and guarantee successful delivery, solidifying your leadership in AI consulting.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, with a preference for an MBA from a top institution.
• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles, specifically focusing on AI and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Solid knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries, complemented by diverse industry experience, demonstrating thought leadership and revenue impact.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms and security best practices, supported by relevant certifications, driving revenue through innovative solution offerings and practice growth.
• Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AI solution development, including data management (ingestion, integration, transformation), model training & deployment, and MLops.

Work Location & Benefits

This position offers the flexibility of being home-based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. For those near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office is available to foster collaboration and connection.
