About the Role
LendKoi, a fintech start-up backed by Techstars NYC and top angels, is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to shape its online voice and engage its diverse audience. This is an incredible opportunity to take ownership in an early-stage startup and work alongside a talented team of leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LendKoi's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging content and formulate strategies that align with our mission.
- Mentor an intern and collaborate with a creative design team.
- Track and analyze weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
- Strong sense of storytelling, tone, and consistency.
- Ability to write effectively and pair content with visuals.
- Familiarity with short-form video content creation.
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, early-stage environment.
- Natural mentorship skills with the ability to motivate an intern.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to work 3–4 days a week remotely.
