Job Description
Staff Growth Product Manager at Lemonade
We're looking for a Staff Growth Product Manager to architect and scale one of our key growth engines. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor leadership role focused on the science and art of the user lifecycle - from acquisition and activation to engagement and monetization.
In this role, you'll be responsible for taking complex, foundational initiatives from concept to launch, working closely with senior leadership to drive significant business impact. You'll use your deep growth expertise and passion for great user experience to tackle our most critical challenges.
Lemonade's Core Values
We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-First Approach
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the zero-to-one strategy for one of our core growth infrastructures, building the scalable systems that serve as a foundation for Lemonade's expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and senior leaders to define goals, solve complex problems, and deliver impactful solutions
- Move beyond linear funnels to identify and execute growth loops that turn a single insurance quote into a lifetime, multi-policy relationship
- Distill complex growth data and technical infrastructure needs into a clear vision for senior leadership, serving as a primary advisor on how we drive incremental growth across different business lines
- Act as a growth leader and mentor, sharing your expertise and elevating the skills of product managers across the organization
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a startup or a product-led company
- Deep experience building scalable growth, personalization or experimentation platforms
- A track record of successfully leading strategic, high-impact projects from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- An execution-focused mindset, with an eagerness to take on hands-on work and drive the team to deliver faster
- Superior attention to detail (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and an enthusiasm for delighting users
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ready to work in an office environment most days a week
- Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
