How to Apply

To join the Lemstar Program as a Lemstar Program Talent, you won't submit a traditional resume or typical application fluff. We want to see your raw creative fire:

• Think of a moonshot idea for lemlist. This could be anything that excites you: a new product, a growth hack, an innovative feature, a marketing campaign, a new vertical, a mini-tool, or even a podcast series.
• Build a prototype, asset, or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for your idea. This can be a simple landing page, a scrappy demo, a Figma design, a Notion document, or any other tangible and real representation of your concept.
• Record a concise 5-minute elevator pitch video. In this video, clearly explain:
  • The core idea behind your moonshot.
  • The 'why' – the problem it solves or the opportunity it addresses.
  • The anticipated impact it will have on lemlist.
  • Your process in developing this idea and prototype.
  • What the next steps would be to bring it to life.

• You are young and talented, with less than 2-3 years of professional experience.
• You are scrappy, resourceful, and eager to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on.
• You possess an 'extra-mile' mindset and are committed to demonstrating significant impact from Day 1.
• You have a keen eye for opportunities where others see limitations, even discovering possibilities we haven't yet considered.
• You are a proactive self-starter who pitches, builds, and launches without waiting for permission or making excuses.

This program is open for any role across our Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, or Operations departments. If you've ever been told you lack sufficient experience or the right academic background, the Lemstar Program was specifically designed for you.
