We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for driving & leveraging the data culture within lemlist, so everyone becomes more data-oriented - and no decision is made without the relevant data.

Your main mission will be:

  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Monitor and ensure long-term data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics systems.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various business teams in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Identify and propose new data-driven opportunities to enhance existing processes and support continuous improvement.

Key Results

Within 3 months, you will have/be:

  • Successfully onboarded and integrated into the team.
  • Built new major data concepts for the company: Marketing and Sales/Revops KPIs, Product Usage, Customer segmentation to support company performance monitoring.
  • Fully managed our Business Intelligence solution, created your first dashboards and metrics, trained the teams to use it.
  • Supported content creation by providing high-value analysis for marketing teams.
  • Answered upcoming punctual data requests arising from all departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, Cx…).
  • Maintained a Data Catalog / Data Bible to ensure all concepts and metrics are well documented.
  • Provide an always-up-to-date Data Analysis Roadmap accessible by anyone in the company.

Within 12 months, you will have:

  • Managed to get daily usage of your analysis and models by all major business teams.
  • Deep dived critical KPIs of the company (Acquisition, Activation, Usage, Churn) and support product and marketing teams to leverage those insights
  • Improved significantly the Data culture within lemlist.
  • Supported the C-level (CEO, CPO, CMO, Head of Sales…) for strategic decisions
  • Understood business processes of operational departments to make sources of data more reliable and uncover new data uses cases to improve business efficiency
  • Created an embedded 360° customer dashboard available in Holistics tool.
  • Built a solid Data Catalog available across all teams

Preferred Experience

Must have:

  • 3+ Years in an Analytics position (data analyst or analytics engineer), in a fast-growing environment.
  • Very strong business orientation and communication skills - genuine interest in all faces of the business (marketing, sales, product, ops…) with proven ability to deliver added-value analysis with modern visualisation
  • Advanced SQL, Python skills is a plus
  • Experience in using a modern data stack, using solutions such as : GCP suite (BigQuery), DBT core, Visualisation tools (Holistics, Metabase, Looker…), Jupyter Notebook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fast learner, High ownership, structure, and execution speed.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Paris based (Paris office / remote)
