Director Automation & Data Engineering (H/F) - 100% Hybrid
Your Role
As the Director of Automation & Data Engineering, you will take responsibility for one of the technological pillars of the platform. Your mission is structuring: designing the internal products that enable our client's entire ecosystem to function, improve, and deploy at scale. You will operate at the intersection of data, automation, and complex client challenges.Your Missions
You will structure, manage, and evolve a key area around three axes: 1- Build Data & Automation Foundations- Design and develop the internal components that power the entire platform.
- Structure data pipelines and analysis tools to monitor activity, understand client usage, and guide product decisions.
- Manage the infrastructures for processing and curating clinical data, ensuring their quality, freshness, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop the platform's automation capabilities to transform complex integrations into replicable solutions.
- Position APIs as true products with a fluid and autonomous developer experience.
- Serve as the technical referent for the most complex integration projects.
- Support sales teams in pre-sales phases by providing a clear vision of possible architectures.
- Design custom solutions for demanding environments (LIMS, HL7/FHIR, legacy systems).
- Manage technical implementation through to production deployment.
- Leverage these projects to transform specific cases into standardized features.
- Lead a team specialized in data, bioinformatics, and automation.
- Recruit, coach, and develop key talent.
- Organize production between product development and client project support.
- Implement technical standards, reliable delivery processes, and a framework compliant with regulatory requirements.
Environment
A technical organization of approximately 45 people, structured around several specialized teams. Your Platform team consists of hybrid profiles: data, bioinformatics, automation, and API. You will collaborate closely with the product, infrastructure, and engineering teams.Technical Environment
