Power Platform Developer (Model-Driven Apps)
The Leidos Health and Services Sector is seeking a Power Platform Developer (Model-Driven Apps) to support a high-visibility federal healthcare program.
Candidate MUST:
- Be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder currently located in the United States for the past three consecutive years.
- Possess the ability to obtain a Level 4 Public Trust Clearance.
- Preference for candidates residing in the Washington D.C./MD/VA area.
Responsibilities
- Experience as a Power Apps developer utilizing “model-driven” design.
- Develop client-facing websites and forms utilizing PowerApps Portal.
- Maintain application baseline across 3 environments (Dev/Stage/PROD).
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team for process modeling and data validation.
- Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements for each process model.
- Ensure application processes remain synchronized with business processes.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Assist the Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience are required.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) within an Azure environment.
- Development experience with TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Expertise in developing reports, charts, and graphs using Power BI.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira).
- Solid experience transforming data architecture using the Dataverse data platform.
- Experience building and maintaining data tables in Dataverse.
- Development with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
- Experience working within an Agile Framework.
- Expertise in Power Apps Pipeline for moving apps between tiers.
- Expertise in large-scale data management and data modeling.
- Expertise in providing status briefings and product demonstrations to customers.
- Expertise in translating customer requirements into functional requirements (User Stories / Backlog Items).
- Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work within a team.
