Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Hospitality and Merchandise Insights Intern at Legends Global will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing data and analytics deliverables across the company's extensive portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in consulting venues, querying and exporting data for ad hoc analyses, and maintaining the quality control of current data visualizations to ensure accurate reporting for operators.
The program emphasizes cross-functional exposure to Merchandise and Hospitality operators and fosters collaborative opportunities within various Legends Global Insights functional areas, including business intelligence, management consulting, data visualization and engineering, guest insights, advanced analytics, strategic insights, and CRM. The intern will receive mentorship from a senior leader within the team, who will serve as a program facilitator.

- Task documentation
- Data aggregation & preparation
- Dashboard QA assistance
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, individuals must demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in performing essential duties. The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Education
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Completed coursework in a relevant field such as economics, data science, business intelligence, analytics, or a related quantitative field
Skills And Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using Excel, SQL, R, Python, and/or PowerBI for data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Between 1-2 years of experience in quantitative data analysis
