Platform Analyst

Our Retail division supports about 14 million people in their savings, protection, and retirement needs. The team focuses on providing innovative products such as Lifetime Mortgages, Retirement Interest Only Mortgages, and tailored financial advice.

Role Overview:

  • Administer and maintain customer records ensuring data accuracy.
  • Review and approve access to customer data across systems.
  • Manage queries via ServiceNow and team mailboxes.
  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc analysis on large data sets.
  • Conduct production and business acceptance testing for system migrations.
  • Implement governance and reporting for customer-impacting changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in IT Operations or Data Support teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL and monitoring tools.
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Experience with Service Desk tools like ServiceNow.
  • Technical knowledge of AWS or Access Management is a plus.
