Job Overview
The Senior PMO Analyst will drive change and deliver value through effective project governance. Working within the Group Finance, Change & Delivery team, the role supports strategic initiatives, portfolio planning and the development of VMO (Value Management Office) services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify transformation opportunities and shape ideas for senior management buy-in.
- Define impactful VMO functions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, leveraging financial insights for executive decisions.
- Create portfolio plans and forecasts with accurate analysis.
- Review and improve VMO proposals, adhering to best practices.
- Lead, allocate tasks and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards.
- Translate Business Transformation principles into effective change activities.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates with a background in regulated industries, experience in portfolio planning and management, and a proven track record with complex change and technology initiatives. Qualifications such as Prince2, Project Management, and Agile are desirable but not essential. The candidate should be adept at relationship building, adapting to trends, and mentoring others.
