Position Overview
Leavitt Group is seeking a Technology Analyst Product Manager who combines strong business partnership skills with enough technical understanding to work with software vendors and evaluate technology solutions. This role bridges business teams, IT, and external vendors ensuring new applications integrate well with existing systems and deliver meaningful business value.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Business & Technology Partnership:
- Partner with business stakeholders and agency teams to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities.
- Act as a primary liaison between business, IT, and software vendors.
- Define and prioritize technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Communicate business needs to vendors and evaluate solutions.
Requirements, Analysis & Solution Evaluation:
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Evaluate software applications and vendor solutions for fit, usability, and scalability.
- Assess integration with existing systems using APIs, automation, or AI-based solutions.
- Document current-state and future-state processes.
Delivery & Coordination:
- Coordinate system implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on implementation plans and timelines.
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities.
- Manage scope, risks, and expectations during delivery.
Change Management & Adoption:
- Support communication, training, and adoption of new tools.
- Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions are well understood and effectively adopted.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; 4–8 years of experience in technology analysis, product management or similar roles; experience working with software vendors; ability to discuss APIs, integrations, automation, and AI; strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services or professional services; familiarity with SaaS platforms, system integrations, or automation tools; experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation Range: $75K - $85K
