The Role
As a Sr. Associate Automation Engineer, you will have an impact on the growth of the company because of the significant role you play in ensuring the successful adoption of Leapwork by our customers. You will work in a fast-paced team of experts. Your primary objectives will be to work with prospects, partners and the customers on live chat and handling the cases including online sessions to help them with technical best practices and troubleshooting, using your technical expertise understanding of our product. You will be expected to be very flexible and perform a wide variety of tasks as they present themselves across the organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of automation technologies, especially Leapwork, and troubleshoot automated processes.
- Provide first-line technical support with quick and effective issue resolution.
- Handle customer queries via chat, tickets, and Q&A sessions with a proactive approach.
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related issues in collaboration with end users.
- Log all incidents, queries, and interactions in systems like Jira and Salesforce.
- Escalate complex issues to development teams and support product testing/release activities.
- Mentor peers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills)
- 2 to 3 years of proven, relevant industry experience.
- Be completely fluent in business-level written and verbal English with a neutral accent.
- Have at least 1 years of experience with testing industry and software quality assurance in general.
- Have at least 1 years of experience with at least one major test automation platform such as Selenium.
- Having knowledge of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Team City, Azure, etc. is a plus.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
Nice- To- Have Skills
- Knowledge of Databases like SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP API.
- Sound Knowledge of writing batch and shell scripts.
