Your Opportunity
Join Leapsome as an Entrepreneur in Residence, a generalist bridging business strategy and technical implementation. You will drive GTM initiatives, optimize processes, design automation architectures, integrate AI tools, and oversee system integrations to deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with leadership on GTM and business projects
- Critically evaluate, redesign, and automate existing processes
- Design and implement end-to-end automation and AI integrations
- Create and maintain data workflows and troubleshoot system issues
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and change management
Who Are We Looking For?
A candidate with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical versatility, experienced in no-code/low-code platforms and basic coding. You should be adept at understanding stakeholder needs and capable of managing projects from conception to completion.
