The Role

As an Intermediate Product Designer, you will solve hard design problems through best-in-class, usable, and delightful design work. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver high quality user experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Solve complex design problems with simple, elegant solutions.
  • Advocate for a great user experience across all teams.
  • Iterate designs based on customer interviews and UX research.
  • Create high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects.
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design or Design Strategy.
  • Experience in designing cross-platform digital products (Responsive Web, iOS, Android).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments.
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred) and AI fluency.

Compensation for Canada Applicants

This full-time position offers a base salary range of $118,200—$147,800 CAD, exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits. Your recruiter will discuss the specific range based on your skills and experience.
