Role Overview

As the AI Banking Product Manager, you will lead the implementation and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across various business lines. This role combines deep banking knowledge with product management expertise and AI implementation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
  • Conduct user interviews with team members and executives to identify business objectives and AI use cases.
  • Translate use cases into business requirement documents and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on AI trends and innovations in banking.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and IT teams for system integration.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and training.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure AI initiative performance and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations including Fed, FDIC, OCC, and others.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams on regulatory requirements concerning AI.
  • Implement governance structures for AI model validation, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Partner with vendor management to select appropriate AI technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management and Information Security to develop AI best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in banking or financial services.
  • Experience in automating business processes in regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and implementation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems and fintech infrastructure.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and AI ethics.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, LLM Models, and Snowflake is preferred.
